We continue to grow and play and learn and laugh. Our discussions about families focused on how we are the same and how we are different. We worked on recognizing shapes in making houses-triangles, rectangles and squares-and noticed how they all have sides and corners but have different lengths and numbers.
We explored pumpkins and what they look like and feel like both inside-gooey- and out-cold and bumpy. And we ended October by joining together with the other PEP classes as well as the Sherwood community to parade and party in our costumes!

As we look to our next unit we will talk about our communities, community helpers and what their jobs are. Please remember PEP will not meet November 21-23rd for Thanksgiving holiday.
